Délage a German Dark-Fi Popper based in Amsterdam who produces gloomy but poppy music mixing wet guitars and flat synths with minimalistic drum computer patterns and dry bass lines. On top floats a dark and dreamy voice sharing comic wisdom about breakups, late-night voicemail confessions, unanswered calls, wet dreams and sweet tender apricots.
Délage’s self-titled debut album was released the 29th of October, 2016. The album’s lead single “Call Me Today” is a surfy pop-hit, Lana Del Rey would love to cover if allowed.
